BRAD PAISLEY was busy Tweeting about his "very, very bruised" side just a few hours after taking that nasty spill on stage last Saturday in Charleston, South Carolina. All that teasing led the Twittering masses to request a photo. --So yesterday, Brad came through and posted a shot of the damage. And it's pretty nasty. And what's weird is, the top right portion of the bruise sort of looks like a guy's head, torso, and right arm.
