On Friday, 19 dogs from around the world were at the Marin-Sonoma Fairgrounds in northern California competing in the annual WORLD'S UGLIEST DOG contest. This year's winner is an eight-year-old Chinese crested dog from the U.K. named Mugly. For winning, Mugly's owners get $1,000 and a year's worth of dog treats.
